Terms of Service

Quote & Pricing
Your quote is an estimate based on the information you provide. If any of the information ends up changing upon initial inspection, we reserve the right to adjust the price of the service. For example, if the size of the home ends up being different or the pest issue is different, pricing may change. In the event pricing changes, you will have the opportunity to refuse service with no fees or penalties.

Recurring Service
Services are provided on a recurring basis as described in your selected plan. By selecting a plan, you authorize recurring billing at the stated frequency.

Annual Plans
All pricing for services assumes a $200 discount applied to the initial service in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Early cancellation of the service (before the end of the 12-month term) will result in a cancellation fee equal to $200. To cancel service, you may email info@forterrapestcontrol.com or call our office at 817-665-6527.

Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service and you have given us at least 3 opportunities to rectify the situation, we will refund your most recent payment and let you out of your contract without penalties.

Property Access
You agree to provide access to your property to perform the service. The majority of services are exterior only. As such, the Forterra technician will provide the service on all available areas. You may request a free job completion to treat the inaccessible areas, if any, at your convenience.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
